How information is used

We use this information to manage your orders and rewards, contact you about an order, and operate the website. Staff and administrators can access information needed to carry out these services.

Team records include staff names, sign-in emails, shifts and leave requests. Administrators manage these records; staff can view their own published shifts and leave requests.

Your account

Sign in with your Nogg username and password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and a secure session cookie keeps you signed in.

Services we use

If online payment is enabled, payment is handled by Stripe. Google services may provide maps and reviews, and Google Fonts supplies the website typefaces. Google content is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Shop records and uploaded photos are stored using Cloudflare services. Your unsubmitted flower cart is kept in your browser’s session storage so it survives sign-in and reloads in the same tab.
